WHO ARE JUST NOW

Joyously, entering their front doors after a night of dancefloor magic
Sleepily, rolling over to snuggle their partner
Excitedly, scribbling that nagging poem or two
Operatically, crescendoing their night of passion
Painstakingly, perfecting a series of photos
Crossleggedly letting the dogs out first
Noisily, grinding beans for that first cup of 'Joe'
Fastidiously, vacuuming the leaves from the pool
Halfmastedly, reading a morning meditation, and
Wistfully watching the sunrise through a South Beach point of view.
You are all just now, lovingly, woven into the tapestry of my heart.
